Due to the personalized nature of our lash extension services, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your service, contact us within 48 hours
- We offer free touch-ups within the first 3 days
- In case of allergic reaction, we offer free removal of the service
- For defective services, we offer credit for future service

Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase
- Product unopened and in original packaging
- With purchase receipt
- 100% refund of product cost
