Return and Refund Policy – Shaddictic Lashes
At Shaddictic, we want you to have clear expectations about shipping, returns, and refunds before placing an order.
Processing and shipping
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
- Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days before tracking is issued.
- Once scanned by the carrier, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on destination.
- Processing times may be longer during promotions, launches, or high-volume periods.
Free shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders of $200 USD or more within the United States unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Free shipping does not automatically apply to international orders.
Lash extension services
Because lash services are personalized, we do not offer cash refunds for completed services. However, if there is an issue with your appointment or outcome, we want to help.
- If you have a concern about your service, contact us as soon as possible after your appointment.
- Requests for review or correction are evaluated case by case.
- If you experience sensitivity or an adverse reaction, contact us immediately so we can guide you on next steps.
Physical products
Physical products may be considered for return only if all applicable conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in resalable condition.
- The request must be made within the store’s active return window.
- Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Non-eligible items
- Opened or used products.
- Hygiene or personal-use items where applicable.
- Digital products, downloadable items, or digital training access where applicable.
- Gift cards or items marked final sale where applicable.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time for the refund depends on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
